Key stuck in ignition

The car is on and the key will not come out and the car won't turn off. I tried a lot of things.

Those ignition cylinders jamb up we change the ignition cylinder and steering lock housing at the Vw dealer to repair them.if you give me your vin number I will see when your warranty expires .
