it means you are trying to reprogram your remote key fob and if you want to add another you can if you do not want to then skip that step.

sorry, another what? can you explain more please? what about using scan tool in keys programming?

if you have an auto parts scan tool it wont reprogram the add remote means if you want to add another key fob/remote if you do not want to add another key you can skip that step.
