Key not detected

I lost my secondary key and trying to connect my car to the first I had I started using my secondary key because my first key battery fired but any way I got a new battery the locksmith said the key was working but he did try to communicate with the car through a obd and the car want communicating but it still is saying no key detected my car battery got checked that’s fine idk what to do. All the fuses are okay. I tried the hard reset it just saying no key detected with a car with a lock in it.
