Key fob stuck in ignition will not turn?

So, I came to start the truck. battery has been draining, I don’t drive it much. Hook up the jump pack, turn the key, click everything locks. The key fob won’t turn and will not come out of the ignition, no light on the dash other than key in ignition door ding noise. Key fob will not go to off position will not turn on put good battery still nothing.

It sounds like the keyless ignition node module has gone out, but we should start by checking the fuses in the PDC. here is a guide to help make sure the battery is in good condition before you begin:

Here is the fuse location in the images below with the KINM replacement instructions in case you need them, also if the fuses are all good, we should do a CAN scan to see what codes come up. You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) from Amazon from about $32.00.
