If this is an OEM FOB the procedure is a bit convoluted.
From everything off and all new or working FOBs. Note that when you enter programming mode you need to have all of the remotes you intend to use with the vehicle, you have to add them all in the same programming sequence.

Insert Key into ignition and turn to run position (not start) and then back to off.

Remove the radio fuse #17, located in the left-hand (LH) driver’s side fuse panel.

Now turn the key to on and back to off 3 times in 5 seconds. Leave key in the on position at the last cycle. Off - on, off- on, off - on leave in on.
The door locks should cycle lock then unlock if you are in programming mode.

Now if the locks cycled take the first remote and press and hold both the lock and unlock buttons at the same time, hold them down until you hear the locks cycle again. (Takes about 15 seconds)
If you have more than one remote you repeat that step for each remote.
Once the last remote is programmed turn the key off.
Reinstall the radio fuse back into the slot.

Test all of the remotes to verify they operate all functions.

If the vehicle will not enter programming mode, verify that you removed the correct fuse and that you turned the key fast enough. If it still refuses, then you will likely need a programmer like a locksmith or dealer would use.
If the vehicle goes into programming but the remotes don't trigger the system, after holding the buttons the remotes may not be compatible with the code sequences for your car, try a different remote.

If you are saying that it goes into programming but one door doesn't respond, that isn't the remote but an issue with the BCM or latch itself. If you cannot get into the programming option then you will need a scan tool to activate that. Please clarify the issue.
