When I purchased my car, it didn’t come with a key fob, but I didn’t think anything of it because it’s an older car. But while I was looking at my interior fuse box, I noticed that I had a fuse for a Keyless Entry. Can I program a fob to the car? Does it have to be a certain one? Thanks in advance

You might be able to program a fob to it, but it has to be one that the system will recognize. The Kia part number is 954302F950 being a 2007 it more than likely does have the option as it was standard on the EX and SX trim levels and optional on the base LX.
The catch is that they don't show a DIY way to register a remote to the vehicle, it requires a scan tool or programmer like a locksmith would have. A locksmith would likely be cheaper as well and they might have a fob that they could use to test and verify it has keyless before you pay extra.

It should look like this. Or search Kia #954302F950 There are aftermarket ones as well. That's why I suggest a locksmith as they might have one and be cheaper.
