These cars have many different types of master window switch, did you get the same part number? If so, the switch is defective and needs to be swapped out. It masters if it is a 2 or 4 door and trim levels as well, here are the four different parts numbers.

2 Door
LX
Window Switch - 35750SDNA02 $314.63

EX
Window Switch - 35750SDNA12 $314.63

4 Door

DX
Window Switch - 35750SDAA32 - $160.62

LX
Window Switch - 35750SDAA02 - $266.57

EX
Window Switch - 35750SDAA12 - $226.77

There must be another option for the window switch. I would contact the dealer for the part if you can't find the other options.

Here is the part you need:

Yep, the connects inside the switch become dirty/arched. I have seen people open them up and clean the contacts to get the switch working again. It might be worth a try.
