There is no way for us to get that information. However, there are three ways to get a new key.

One, visit a Toyota dealer with your title and registration and a valid ID. They can usually run those through the company and get new keys cut or get the key code and cut the key themselves to match that VIN. Being this is an 1989 I would call them first and verify this option as sometimes the older information is not available.

Two, have a locksmith come out and cut new keys to fit your existing locks. They will also need to see the title and ID showing you are the owner of the vehicle. When you call have the make year and model and VIN handy as they can use that to verify which key blank and type they need.

Three, buy a new set of locks with keys and change the door and ignition cylinders out. This option is good because you get all new parts, but it also means you need to remove the door panels to get to the door locks and take the steering column apart to change the ignition cylinder. If you have the locking gas door you would need to make sure you get that as well.

I usually use option two. The first option works but 99% of the time they will want you to get the car to them so they can verify everything and be sure the keys work.
The third option can be very expensive depending on where you get the locks from.
