Will not start and says unknown driver?

i put my key in and it will not start and says unknown driver? i turn my key to start for 5 seconds two times and it starts!!! And works fine. Then after being parked overnight i get into my car and it does it all over again.

This happens when there is a fuse out (TRK REL) in the fuse panel in the rear fuse panel.
