Julie, when you say there is no power at all, do you mean not even the lights or any electrical component works?
If nothing at all works and you are sure the battery is charged, I need you to check the main fuse in the power distribution box under the hood. I attached a picture and highlighted the fuse I'm questioning. It is a 120 amp fuse.
