Code p0101, will not start

Replace the MAF sensor, catalytic converters are not plugged. new throttle body and throttle plate, no holes in the boot going from the breather box to the throttle body, new filter in the breather box, clear the code. it'll run fine as soon as it kicks the code it quits and won't start. I am running out of ideas, and it doesn't even kick the light on, it just kicks that code in pending, clear the code and it'll run fine for about 3 minutes no security issues.

This could be due to the wiring harness for the sensor, or even the ECM.
