Keeps blowing the #8/20AMP fuel/start fuse when ignition is turned

Replaced the computer and the battery. Now when we turn the ignition key, the #8/20 AMP fuel/start fuse blows, every time.

apro has to use a scanner to make the new computer compatible with your car. probably the problem.
