Keeps blowing ignition fuse under steering wheel

I tuned it up put new fuel pump .we can drive it cut it off then it acts won't crank I find blower 15 amp fuse I put a 20 amp in it tried to start then blew the fuse again I un plugged fuel pump and it didn't blow fuse again can you head me in the rite direction thanks j

It sounds like you got a defective fuel pump. Use a multimeter to see if it's shorted. One lead to ground the other lead to the hot input side of the pump. You should read either an open or a high resistance.
