The car listed above is a GT, GEN II coyote engine.
Did an engine swap. Everything lined up perfectly, nailed the timing but cranked it up and ended up with bank 1 and bank 2 codes. Bank 1 was sitting at 27 when it should be closer to 0. Everything is new parts wise on the engine. The only thing that hasn't been touched is the harness or PCM. Is there any possibility to get a pin out for the harness?

How is the oil pressure? Here is information on the codes:

P0017 - Crankshaft Position - Camshaft Position Correlation (Bank 1 Sensor B):

P0016 - Crankshaft Position - Camshaft Position Correlation (Bank 1 Sensor A):

You get these codes when the camshaft actuators are not working or the timing chains are off. I would make sure the engine has clean fresh oil and that the camshaft actuator oil control valves installed correctly. Here is the location so you can check it out and I have included the engine wiring diagrams as requested.

This guide can help you test the connections
