After replacing my transmission what are bolt tightening specs and how much oil to add

How tight my bolts have to be? once I tighten my bolts put my oil do I just start it? sorry, I'm a girl doing this by my self. I had a friend helping me but had quit on me and left me the job for me to do. help please

Good afternoon,

The spec is 30 pounds on the bell housing bolts. Add at 5 quarts of transmission fluid before starting. That is if the transmission has no oil in it at all.

I attached all the torques for all the bolts for the transmission.
