Transfer case jumps out four wheel drive high to two wheel lock hubs are checked and replaced not sure why it doing this.

Lock hubs only lock the wheels not transfer case. Check for wear of shifter as it may not be going into gear all the way. Otherwise it is either a bent shift fork or shift sleeve inside the transfer case.

Then the tcase will have to come apart to find problem.

Jumps out of four wheel drive once get out of speed. Check transfer case shifter light on the dash does lock in. Check cable linkages.

It might start happening again which I would agree with HMAC300 on a transfer case problem.

I found out the one tire had different tread pattern. Also unbalanced tire causing it to jump out
