I have a the vehicle listed above 1.9cdti. while driving at normal speeds 20 - 30 mph the car seems to rev up to 30000 and then jolts.

I'm not too familiar with this vehicle. It isn't offered in the US so my technical information will be limited, but I will try my best to help. If it revs and then jolts, it sounds like the transmission disengages, the engine revs, and then re-engages and jolts the vehicle. Have you checked to make sure the transmission fluid is clean and full? Low fluid can cause something like this to happen.
