Car accelerates to 3,000 RPMs just fine with no issues or jerking, once i’m over 3,000 RPMs it struggles to get to 4,000 RPMs and bounces off of 4,000 RPMs, sometimes will go over 4,000 RPMs but it will roughly jerk/shake until it goes back down. Checked MAF sensor and checked for intake leaks both of those no issues.

Is the car in gear and driving when you have this problem? Because if the car is in neutral or park it will not rev as a safety device. If this is occurring while driving, we need to run the codes to see what comes up.

Did you run the codes? Also check under the car to make sure the exhaust did not get damaged if the exhaust is closed off the engine will only Rev partially.
