Jerking/slipping when accelerating?

My car is jerking multiple times when accelerating. It seems to only happen when I’m going under 50mph. I replaced the tires (and did an alignment and all of that) thinking it might be that (and I needed them) and changed the oil and it’s still happening. I can’t check the transmission fluid because it’s one of the “lifetime” ones with no dip-stick. Just trying to figure out what it might be. Thank you!

Is the transmission leaking? Also, do you have any trouble codes? Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can hear the noise? That way I can tell for sure what's going on. You can upload it here with your response. To me it sounds like the engine is misfiring.
