Jerking problem when going 50-65 mph

When driving 50-65 mph the truck jerks or misfires. I checked spark plugs and they are good and recently put in a new transmission plate. It seems to be coming from the rear of the truck, like the axle maybe or something

Jerks? Missfires?

Missfires do not come from the back of the truck. They are usually secondary breakdown from plugs, wires, cap, rotor or injector issue.

How do know the plugs are good?
