Struggling for any speed

I have a jeep wrangler yj, 1992, manual gearbox, 136.000 kms. I have a problem with it has it wont go over 3000rpms I press the throttle down and nothing happens at all and the engine is getting much slower I think its the fuel pump but im not sure.

can you help?

Check the fuel pressure and the exhaust system for excessive backpressure. If okay

Check throttle position sensor and airflow meter/MAF sensor.
