2004 Jeep Wrangler signal lights blink fast

All of a sudden my blinker lights are blinking fast. I have replaced all the bulbs and it still blinks fast. I thought maybe the blinking relay. I have not look at yet.

Please help

Could be that the turn signal flasher is on its way out-replace it and see what happens.
