My jeep just suddenly developed this problem. It will not turn over even with jumper cables. When the ignition switch is off it is still getting power to electrical components. The running lights go on and off, you can hear soleniod on starter clicking by itself, and relays buzzing. The speedometer and tach needles move and buzzer sometimes goes off.
