How do you remove the power steering pump pulley?
There is a 3/8 allen head bolt witch apears to hold the pulley to the pump shaft but I can not budge it in either direction.
Thanks

Hello David

I have attached the info for you. You need a power steering puller. Auto Zone and O'Reilly's have these on the tool loan program.

REMOVAL

Remove drive belt.
Remove pump assembly.

Remove pulley from pump with Puller C-4333 or equivalent puller.
INSTALLATION

NOTE: The pulley is marked front for installation.

Replace pulley if bent, cracked, or loose.

Install pulley on pump with Installer C-4063-B or equivalent installer. The pulley must be flush with the end of the shaft. Ensure the tool and pulley are aligned with the pump shaft.
Install pump assembly.
Install drive belt.
With Serpentine Belt, run engine until warm (5 min.) and note any belt chirp. If chirp exists, move pulley outward approximately 0.5 mm (0.020 inch) . If noise increases, press on 1.0 mm (0.040 inch). Be careful that pulley does not contact mounting bolts.
