That is normal operation, when you acelerate the engine builds up more oil pressure, slow down rpms the pressure drops due to the mechanicle pump operation. The gauge on the dash is pretty accurate. If while driving the gauge drops below 20psi then there may be a problem. When the oil is cold it is thicker, causing higher pressure, when hot thinner, . Keep this in mind.
