My heater/AC fan only works on the highest setting (4/4) and now the defrost does not work at all. I can have the heater blowing out set on 4 and when I switch over to defrost or defrost/feet the fan shuts off. I heard about problems with resistor packs causing the problem with the fan only working on high, but I haven't found anything about the defrost?

Hello,

Since the resistor is the problem with the speeds. And since you need to change it, that is what I would do and see if it fixed the defrost problem at same time.

If not then let us know and we will help get it fixed.
