2000 Jeep Wrangler rough idle while cold

When I first start my jeep and the engine is cold, it will idle rough for while, until the engine warms up a little. What could be causing this?

Test the coolant temperature sensor/throttle position sensor and open up the idle air control valve and clean it out-
