2000 Jeep Wrangler mil light

My 2000 Jeep Wrangler engine turns over but won't start. Has no stored codes when scanned, but when the key is turned to the on position the mil light stays on for about 3 seconds the goes off. I replaced the ignition coil and the ASD relay- but it still won't start. The fuel pump runs when the key is turned on and all the accessaries work. Is this a PCM problem or something else?

First of all the light should come on then turn off.

Secondly dont spend no more money untill you check for fuel at the fuel rail with a pressure guage and check for spark at all cylinders.

Get back to be so we can solve it
