1998 Jeep Wrangler 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual
How do I remove the cover plate behind the hood/before the windshield to gain access to the wiper moter? I removed the 7 screws and rubber gasket at back of hood, but it appears that the metal piece is held in place by the wipers and is "under" the frame of the windshield. The wiper blades will not move and I think there is a short circut.
