I replaced the engine recently, when I drive it in the upper speeds, if I let up just a little on the pedal, and then keep it to a steady speed, it develops a miss,, I have then replaced the plugs, the wires, the cap, the code states something about number 2 cylinder, is it possble that the distributor is one tooth off ? If I get on the freeway and hold the pedal down and keep it at like 60 to 65 without letting up, it won't have a miss, but once I let up on the gas pedal, it eventually will start have the miss. What is it ?

If you have a #2 misfire and you replaced the plugs, wires... then you need to look at the fuel system. Have you checked fuel pump pressure or cylender compression?
