It seems the radiator is still hissing after the jeep is turned off...the guages say its OK..not ot hot...

when its cooled down i would be cheeking the coolant, replacing the thermostat, and doing a cooling system pressure test, if not done, get the radiator professionally cleaned & flow tested. start here.
