My brake pedal goes all the way to the floor at time and I have to pull the emergency brake to stop. I pump them a few times and they start to work for awhile, but then same thing starts to happen again. I have bled the brakes and the problem was not resolved.

Sounds like a master cyl is going out. One test is to remove the lines at the mstr cyl and plug off the outlets on the cyl itself. Then the pedal should not move at all. Also inspect for leaking along all the wheel cyl and lines. There may be fluid running down the front of the power booster also indicating a bad mstr cyl. Let me know what you find out. Curt
