1997 Jeep Wrangler no start

After starting and driving 20 or 30 minutes then turing off engine for short pefriod then try to restart will not start but will after about 2 hours

We need to try to narrow it down a little. When the "no start" condition exists, what are you missing? Spark, fuel pressure, injector pulse or any combination of the three? Please advise.
