1997 Jeep Wrangler 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 48000K miles

AFTER STARTING ENGINE, IT RUNS AS NORMAL BUT THE GAUGES DO NOT WORK AFTER SEVERAL SECONDS (SPEEDO, OIL PRES, CHARGE IND, ECT) THE AIRBAG, CHECK GUAGES LIGHTS COME ON. I HAVE CHANGED THE IGNITION SWITCH AND I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM????? WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO CHECK????

I would start by checking body grounds to make sure they are not rusted, loose, broken... IF they are fine, have the body control module (BCM) checked.
