Had to put a new computer and engine wiring harness on my Jeep Wrangler. My problem now is that it spits and will not idle right. If you give it gas it trys to back-fire. I'm not sure if it's electrical or could it be the fuel injectors?

Check your fuel pressure and test the idle air control and throttle position sensor
