Transmission problem
1995 Jeep Wrangler 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual

My jeep was submerged in mud and water for a few hours. We rocked it back and forth to get it out. Now the gears won't engage. I can get it to move slowly in 1st gear but I have to have it at a high RPM.

Hi there,

your transmission and drive line may be full of water and muck, drain all fluids and re fill start there.
