I am getting a strong fuel odor from the throttle body. It happens after it runs for 5 or more minutes when the engine is running or turned off. When the engine is turned off after it has run for a while and is good and hot I hear a bubblig sound from inside the throttle body.

Injector/s could be stuck open or the pressure regulator is leaking. Also I recommend you check the fuel pressure.
