1994 Jeep Wrangler engine knocks

engine knocks bad when over 1.5 rpm what could it be then the oil pressure drops to nothing but if I dont rev the engine over 1.5 rpm the oil pressure stays up and the engine doesnt knock or diesl, any help would be thankful.

If the noise is more like a thudding noise its your rod bearings if its thumping type-main bearings-either way it has to be checked. If not checked-could throw a rod and its all is over. New engine

Also might want to actually check the oil pressure-who knows could be the oil pump going southbound.
