1993 Jeep Wrangler water in the engine

1993 Jeep Wrangler 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual 119k miles

yes i went fishing not about a week ago and i got stuck in a water hole and the jeep died and wouldnt start intell i got it outof the water it took a whille to get it started i was woundering what i need to do to fix it i know that i have to replace the oil and drop the oil pan and wipe it out please tell me what else need to be done

Hi there, i would be replacing all the transmission & diff fluids as well, there should not be a need to remove the sump, a flush and filter change will do, may be do a flush with a cheap engine oil first then re drain and fill up with your normal oil.
