Our jeep was low on oil and since taking care of that the oil pressure keeps fluctuating between high and low at higher speeds

Sounds like a oil pump going out. Does the oil pressure fluctuat on inclines or decllines or when just running on level ground? This might show a partially clogged strainer in the pan? I would hook up a manual test gauge that you can monitor and see what happens. Let me know how you do. Thanks Curt
