See my profile, I'm a CJ guy.I do not know your rig well. Investigate the following as possible causes.I will start with Worse to Better.

1) Radiator stopped up, cannot be cleaned--replace

2) Radiator needs flushing and rodding---professionally is best---not do it yourself.

3) Fan clutch is broken.

4) waterpump needs replacement (doubtful unless leaking or bad bearings, or INSTANT OVERHEAT within minutes of running)

5) lower big radiator hose is SQUISHY and sucking flat at RPM or Idle (restricting flow)

6) Bad thermostat or installed UPSIDE-DOWN

7) (volume and/or mixture) Low coolant, No coolant--little coolant--replace old coolant

Give results,
