When I start my Jeep when it is cold, it behaves normal until I engage the clutch and start to move at which point there is a load screeching nosie like a belt or a bearing.
I dressed the belts and checked tightness so I doubt it is those.
Would it possibly be the throw out bearing on the clutch or do you think something else?
When I push the clutch in and rev up the rpm's, I can get the noise to stop and then it rarely does it again until the next cold start.
It seems to be getting worse with time.

Thoughts?

I believe you have it figured out. The t/o bearing just wears after time. It loses it lubricatant over time and slowly dries up and begins to whine or sing. The heat and just normal wear causes this. If will get worse over time till replaced. While driving you can sometimes put your foot just lightly on the clutch pedal and make the nooise change some and you will know for sure but I think you have it already figured out. Hope so, let us know how it comes out hope we helped Curt
