The clutch slave went bad so we did a complete clutch kit to include new slave and clutch master cylinder, clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing and resurfaced the flywheel. It will run and shift through the gears fine until it warms up but then it will not shift at all and the clutch pedal will go soft. Everyone keeps telling us we have air in the system however we have used the pump that pumps the fluid out and it does not appear we have air anywhere?/Any idea's as we are going nuts trying to figure this out.

If you have air in the system, then normally it will do this all the time. However, if it is only doing it once it gets hot then more than likely the new slave cylinder is developing a leak once it gets hot so I would suggest replacing the slave again and then bleed the system again.

Here are a few guides that helps with this issue in more general terms:

Basically, when you are losing clutch pedal after time then we have to look to the hydraulic system and just because you replaced the slave cylinder doesn't mean it is a good part. I would suggest replacing it and bleeding and see what happens.

Please see the attached info below. It is not that detailed so please use the guides above to help.

Let me know what questions you have.

Thanks
