1988 Jeep Wagoneer stalls even while I am driving

my jeep stalls while it is idilng, it stall even after i get it started and especially while i am excellerating, it driving me nuts...can some one help me..I can drive it 10 to 15 minutes at a time and it just dies...i have thes square fuses 1x1' and there are 4 of them in the engine compartment is this the problem i can take the main cable off the plugs and put it back on and it starts for a minute...

Check and test the idle speed motor, idle step up solenoid, to include the MAP/MAT/TPS sensors also a fuel pressure check.
