1988 Jeep Wagoneer brake lights/ tail lights

I have a 1988 jeep wagoneer limited. Brake lights and tail lights don't work but the lights work when the turn signals are on. Is there a fuse or switch that has gone out that would cause this?

My 1988 Jeep Wagoneer limited has 225k on it and is having the same brake light problem. Some times it works. Sometimes the backup lights go out and other times the turn signal will just stay on. Very intermittant. Fuses are all good. And I have verified that the proper bulbs are in and working.

Any ideas?
