hi, i just a had a compression test for my jeep, and it showed 4 cylinders having 170psi, one cylinder with 155 and another with 160. I just want to know your opinion on that and how grave is it?

You are bound to get some variation between cylinders and the amount of variation you have is minimal and it would not concern me at all.
