2000 Jeep Wrangler TJ. Was drivng down the road going about 65MPH, and my steering wheel starting shaking so much I thought I was going to roll it. Does this have something to do with wheelbearins

No. bearing are most likely not the problem. If you have bigger tires on it like mud tires or something, they are probably the cause. If not Jeeps are famous for steering stablizers and track bars going bad causing a vibration. Its easy to replace. I would try that first.
