2004 Other Jeep Models won't start

My jeep Grand Cherokee when i put the key in the ignition and attempt to start the engine there is nothing happens . the headlights do not go on they make a clicking noise. the gauges twitch by going back and forth but do not light up. thanks.

sounds like the pcm (power control module) would need to check with dealer for possable reprograming
