I HAD MY OIL CHANGED AND SINCE THEN THE OIL PRESSURE HAND STAYS ON HIGH

Check the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge if normal replace the oil pressure switch-still high could be the oil pump pressure relief valve is sticking
