2000 Other Jeep Models windsheild wipers

I have a 2000 Jeep GC Ltd. recently the wipers starting stopping in middle of windsheild when turned off. Doesn't matter what setting I have them on. Any thoughts?

normally an indication of a failing wiper motor, if it started after using them in snow then the park tab may be bent.
